Common questions
How fresh is the coffee when it ships?
We roast in small batches and ship within 48 hours of roasting. Every 12 oz bag is stamped with its roast date.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean by default. At checkout you can pick a grind for drip, pour over, French press, espresso, or cold brew.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave Sioux Falls within one business day. Most US addresses receive them in 2–5 business days. Shipping is free over $45.
How does the subscription work?
Pick your roast and a delivery frequency from every 2 weeks to every 3 months. You save 20% on every recurring order, and you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
Which roast should I start with?
The Mully is the safest medium-roast pick. The Muni is bright and light, The Grinder is built for espresso, and The Duff is a proper dark roast.
Do you offer wholesale or event coffee?
Yes — cafes, pro shops, and tournaments. Email wholesale@sandbaggercoffee.co with volume and timing and we'll send pricing.
What's your return policy?
If a bag arrives damaged or you're unhappy with the roast, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
