Shipping rates and timing
Standard US
$5 flat, free over $45. Delivered in 2–5 business days.
Expedited US
$14. Delivered in 1–2 business days when ordered before noon CT.
Canada
$18 flat. 5–10 business days. Duties collected at delivery.
Order processing
We roast Monday through Thursday and ship within one business day of roasting. Orders placed over the weekend go out Monday. You'll get tracking by email as soon as the label prints.
Subscription orders bill and ship on the same cadence you picked, and you can pause or skip a delivery any time before it processes.
Returns and freshness guarantee
If a bag shows up damaged, stale, or simply isn't your thing, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — no need to ship the coffee back.
Wrong grind or wrong address? Tell us before the order ships and we'll fix it at no cost.
